Students

1. The students are advised to attend classes regularly, regularity is very important. Irregular students cannot study in FTC. If any day a student misses the class due to some unavoidable reason then he/she must inform their respective teacher either through phone or through leave application. The student who misses the class is advised to copy the notes given by the teacher in the missed class.
2. If any student remains absent from the class without informing his/ her teacher, then the topic covered on that day will not be taught to the student again.
3. Sunday tests are very important, therefore students are advised not to miss any of the sunday tests. The test is usually based on the syllabus taught in the previous week and is very simple.

The students who remain irregular and non serious about these test can be denrolled from FTC and their admission can be cancelled.
4. Students are advised to maintain discipline in the class room and good behaviour towards their respective teachers and class friends. Any Misbehaviour can lead to cancellation of admission.
5. Students are advised to ask their problems and difficulties to their respective teachers while studing in the class.
6. All students must complete their home work! assignments given to them before a specified date with no excuse.
7. After class students will not be allowed to stay around FTC, students are advised to return home. This will help you to save time for your studies. NOTE: - No student will be allowed to stand outside FTC after finishing the class.
8. Those students who bring their conveyances like cycles, must use a lock which is not easily breakable (like chain locks), FTC will not be responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.
9. To all students an I card will be issued by FTC. All students must carry the I -card when ever they come to FTC. Identification card is a very important document. In case the I card is misplaced, a new I card will be issued after paying a fine of Rs.100/-
All students after paying their fees must get the signature of their respective teachers on the back side of the 1- card.

Once a student is enrolled in FTC he/she has to pay fee for full session in the prescribed instalments which are not refundable.

The students have to take permission for leave from FTC for more then 2 days in written

Parents

1. The parents are advised to keep a check on test reports and regularity of their ward in FTC.
2. The parents are advised not to allow their wards to miss any class in FTC, because any absence will lead to loss of students precious time.
3. If on any day your ward comes late from the classes then it will be the responsibility of parents to enquire from their ward as well as from the institute/ teacher, the real cause of Lateness.
4. Parents are advised to motivate their ward to give test honestly and not allow the child to miss any test. These test are very helpful in gaining knowledge and self confidence.
5. We expect parents to fully cooperate with us so that their child can gain maximum from FTC.

All parents must

  • See whether the child is studying at home or not.
  • Check the test reports of the periodic sunday tests
  • Interact with teachers to know the performance of their ward.
  • Create a healthy relationship with FTC and feel free to give their valuable feed back to FTC about the performance of the institute/teachers/students
  • If the child has any health problem or undergoing any medical treatment, then parents are advised to inform the teacher

    Parking

    No student will be allowed to bring 4 wheelers vehicles to FTC because of lack of parking space and security reasons Parents are advised to drop and pick up their child.
    No car with or without driver will be allowed to stay outside FTC to avoid traffic jams.
    Therefore if any student comes with his/her driver then vehicle must be parked at a distance from FTC.
